Johannesburg, April 2022 – The Listening Party, a platform to showcase emerging musical talent, had an awesome start this year with Ricky Tyler as the first act. It was an intimate in-person event for key music industry role players including artists, promoters, music critics, media & tastemakers.
The Listening Party is continuing its partnership with TuneCore, an Independent artist distribution platform. As the world’s leading DIY distributor TuneCore strives to help independent artists reach their potential at every stage of their career.

Ricky Tyler, singer, rapper, and songwriter was the first feature of the Listening Party. He is currently under the fast-rising production house/indie label Playground Productions and currently signed to Def Jam Africa/Universal Music Group SA.
