Following overwhelming demand and a record-breaking ticket campaign, Scorpion Kings Live at FNB Stadium will release an additional 5 000 tickets on 25 June 2026, giving thousands more fans one last opportunity to witness what is already being described as one of the biggest moments in South African music history.
A limited number of hospitality packages will also be released, offering premium access to the landmark event.
Since tickets first went on sale, the concert has generated extraordinary demand, with more than 500 000 fans queuing online in an attempt to secure seats. The new allocation positions the event to become the second-largest sold-out concert in the history of FNB Stadium, placing it among the most iconic live music events ever staged on African soil.

More importantly, the concert will make DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small the first South African artists and the first Amapiano artists to sell out a stadium at this scale, marking a defining moment for a genre that was born in South Africa and has since taken the world by storm.
What started as a local township sound has evolved into a global cultural force, dominating streaming platforms, festivals, clubs and charts across continents. The success of Scorpion Kings Live reflects not only the popularity of its two headliners, but also the remarkable rise of Amapiano on the international stage.
“This is bigger than us. It’s bigger than one show. It’s about showing the world what South African music can do. To see so many fans supporting Amapiano at this level is something we never take for granted,” said DJ Maphorisa.
“We’ve always believed in the music and in the people who support it. To be part of a moment like this, where piano is making history, is a blessing. We’re grateful to every fan who continues to grow with us,” added Kabza De Small.
Fans are encouraged to move quickly when the final ticket release opens on 25 June 2026, as demand is expected to remain exceptionally high.
Additional tickets will be available through Webtickets, Pick n Pay and Boxer stores nationwide, while hospitality suite packages can be purchased via MyTicket.
On 19 September 2026, Amapiano is set to make history once again.
