Spring is bringing more than warmer days to Johannesburg this year, with Spring Fiesta set to return to Wild Waters Complex in Boksburg on Saturday, 3 October for another full day of music, culture and celebration.
Now in its 16th year, the festival has grown into one of South Africa’s most established lifestyle and dance music gatherings, attracting thousands of music lovers who return each year for the combination of music, fashion, food, entertainment and the unmistakable Spring Fiesta atmosphere.
The 2026 edition is already shaping up to be a major one, with the first three stages and their lineups now announced. Stay True Sounds, Soul Candi Live and the Hip Hop Floor will each bring their own musical identity to the festival, creating a diverse soundtrack that moves between deep house, soulful grooves, underground sounds and some of the biggest names in South African hip hop.
A highlight of this year’s Stay True Sounds stage will be British producer and house music legend Atjazz, who will join South African deep house pioneer Jullian Gomes for a special back-to-back set.
The lineup also features Dwson, KUDbEU, Aquatone, Kid Fonque, !Sooks, Nutty Nys, Vinny Da Vinci B2B DJ Christos of DJ’s At Work, Thabo Tonick B2B Hypaphonik, KVRVBO, Black Villain and Graham Deep.
Known for its commitment to authentic house music and quality selectors, the Stay True Sounds stage has become one of the festival’s most anticipated spaces, and the 2026 lineup continues that tradition with a combination of established names and emerging talent.
Soul Candi Live will bring another heavyweight selection of house music to the festival, led by internationally celebrated duo Fish Go Deep and Irish house favourite Shane Johnson.
Joining them will be Dr Duda featuring special guests, DJ Fresh, Ralf Gum, DJ Mbuso, C-Blak, D.General, DJ Terrance of Music Box, Judy Jay, Nastic Groove B2B TimADeep, Kali Mija, Jay Em and Taz Golden B2B AndileAndy.
For hip hop fans, the Hip Hop Floor is set to provide an entirely different energy, with DJ Speedsta returning as host and a lineup that brings together established artists, DJs and some of the country’s most exciting young talent.
Leading the stage is Blxckie, joined by Loatinover Pounds, Frank Casino, DJ Sliqe, DJ Capital, DJ Zan D, DJ Fae Fae, Hudson, Lesedi The DJ, Kyotic, Themba Lunacy, Sike The DJ, Fif_Laaa, Courtnaè Paul, Doom It, Zap DJ and 39 Thirty.
With the stage expected to deliver a mix of hard-hitting performances, DJ sets, collaborations and unexpected moments, the Hip Hop Floor adds another dimension to an already diverse festival programme.
For Zane Gulston, Head of Talent, the focus for this year’s festival is on creating experiences that bring people together while continuing to showcase the depth of South Africa’s dance music culture.
“Spring Fiesta has always been about creating moments that bring people together through music. Every year we challenge ourselves to curate experiences that celebrate the incredible depth of SA’s dance music culture while introducing audiences to some of the world’s finest artists. 2026 is all about quality, connection and unforgettable moments on the dancefloor,” says Gulston.
With three stages now confirmed and more artists and experiences still to be announced, Spring Fiesta 2026 is expected to build on the festival’s 15-year legacy while introducing audiences to new sounds and new experiences.
The festival will take place from 12pm until late at Wild Waters Complex in Boksburg on Saturday, 3 October 2026.
Tickets are being released in phases, with General Access currently priced at R500, VIP at R700 and VVIP at R1,650 for Phase 3. Earlier phases included General Access from R300, while selected VIP and VVIP categories have already sold out.
