The unveiling occurred on Thursday, November 16, at the offices of the Electrical Contractors Association of South Africa (ECASA) in Germiston, Johannesburg.
The event, divided into two sessions and attended by more than 120 guests, including industry leaders, stakeholders, and representatives from the lifestyle and tech sectors, showcased Duratron’s DRT-48V100AH battery series. The product was revealed in a captivating presentation featuring light effects, music, and the grand unveiling of the physical product. Attendees had the opportunity for a hands-on experience through a live demonstration.
Paul Vorster, CEO of Nexnovo Africa, emphasized the importance of this launch for South Africans, stating, “Duratron is introducing a new era of electricity sustainability for homes and businesses in South Africa, providing affordable and eco-friendly solutions.
