Rusternburg – 18 November 2022 YOU FM may seem like a baby, but in its three years of existence, the Station’s journey has been remarkable in that since they went on air on 15 November 2019, the relationship with their listeners has been nothing but love at first sight.
When listening to YOU FM, you get a feeling that the station and the listeners have fallen in love with each other. Being a listener-led station, the brand has made a promise to its audience that they would do everything it takes to understand everything about their audience – what makes them tick, what they like and what they don’t like.
Stations like YOU FM are highly community driven and their success is purely from the listeners themselves as they have indirectly set a standard of the type of content they would like to consume.
On the 18th of November 2022 the team at YOU FM and Motswako Media Company Group invite the media and their listeners to their birthday celebration hosted at the Aerial Cable in Hartebeespoort and let me tell you first hand, it was a celebration of Note! Listeners of the station danced the night away in celebration of not only their stations 3rd birthday but the launch of the app.

Our greatest concern was the safety element of the app and they have promised us that a team of dedicated moderators will be on hand safeguarding their listeners!
