#MaskSA – Mask South Africa Mask

South Africa is an initiative by Voice It in Action (VIIA) to educate South Africans on the severity and reality of the Covid-19 Coronavirus Global Pandemic. This is a collaborative strategy that will involve all South Africans in ensuring face mask for all. Voice It in Action believes that there is power in South Africans working together, as such power has been demonstrated during this national and global lockdown. This programme prioritises the most vulnerable and densely populated communities who currently cannot afford suitable face masks. This also enables youth participation and additional economic activities for South African Entrepreneurs and Businesses.

In order to achieve the objectives, a national execution and impact evaluation strategy is being developed. Currently the developments are running in Eersterust, Pretoria, Gauteng (using the Eersterust area policing boundaries), for the POC and continued Initiative Strategic Developments.

The fight against Covid-19 is in our hands, and as an organisation we believe that working together we can achieve the current objectives of #MaskSA: Ensuring all South Africans have Face Masks. This is just the beginning, as our solutions, starting with #MaskSA will outlive this global Pandemic. Therefore, we are calling on all of government and all sectors of society to partner with Voice It In Action to ensure that these objectives are met.

It is clear that there is great potential, and with the right partnerships and support anything is possible. Voice It In Action has National Footprints across the Country: School visits in Limpopo, VIIA Stand Campaigns in North West and Free State, Talks in KZN communities, Talks and programs in the Eastern Cape, Awareness programs in the Western Cape and so much more.

Lend a helping hand, Voice It In Action is a Non-Profit Organisation (N.P.C. Reg No: 201608528308) and Public Benefit Organisation (P.B.O. Reg No. 930061466) aimed at creating innovative solutions to curb violence in our communities
