AWIMSA Gives Back To The Community of Kroondal

Johannesburg 1 June 2023 – AWIMSA is a women focused NGO whose objective is to serve its members, to influence and elevate the profile of women in the mining industry. The South African Non-Profit making organisation was established to create a platform for all women labourers, entrepreneurs, professionals,and leaders within the mining industry.


Speaking in one voice in terms of identifying opportunities in a co- ordinated manner and facilitate the Integration, empowerment and success of African labourers and women entrepreneurs in and around the mining sector.

Some of the key objectives of the organisation is to provide support, care and healing interventions to women infected and affected by TB, HIV/AIDS and to victims of GBVF in and around mining through capacity building .

Join them on the 3rd of June 2023 at the Ikemeleng Community, Matabeleng Kroondal Rusternburg where they will identifying the needs of the community, empowering the mining community at large and also distributing food parcels and blankets to 30 families in the mining area.
