About the Single: “I had been in LA for several weeks working on my new album and I was feeling exhausted and homesick. The song is about being far from home and that experience of phoning that special person in your life that brings you comfort. I would call home often to feel that connection and I realised that it wasn’t what was actually said on the call that mattered, but just the sound of their voice that brought me back to myself and made me feel strong again.
