Y, the pulse of Joburg’s youth culture, is kicking off summer in style with LYFE — the ultimate music experience taking place on Saturday, 6 December at Marks Park, Emmarentia.
This year’s LYFE brings serious star power, headlined by international R&B sensation Sabrina Claudio, celebrated for her sultry, immersive hits like “Belong to You” and “Unravel Me.” She’ll be joined by local favourite Lloyiso and rising Swazi-born, SA-based artist and producer Manana, both known for delivering emotionally charged, ethereal performances that explore love, longing and the human connection.
The energy continues with an impressive lineup of Y’s own talent — Rarri, Fif Laaa, DJ FaeFae, Just Mo, and more — promising a full day of music, movement, and unfiltered summer vibes.

Y is officially opening summer with a double-dose celebration. Club Y kicks off the party on Friday, 5 December in Melville, setting the tone for the festival heatwave that continues at LYFE on Saturday, 6 December.
“Our summer is already knocking — and Y is turning the heat all the way up with Club Y followed by LYFE,” said Y’s Music Curator, Gcobisa Codi Dinca. “We’re talking next-level vibes, the coldest fits and a lineup that’s straight flames.
