Recently announcing the first music masterclass for independent artists and independent music labels, leading talent management agency The T Effect together with Global DIY online distribution company TuneCore are excited to announce speakers and topics for the upcoming session.

Set to share their knowledge from music industry experience on 18 June 2021 at KONKA Soweto, the first masterclass by T Effect and TuneCore will see leading musicians, entertainment lawyers, brand managers, communication specialists and creative strategists take on a variety of informative topics for a panel discussion.

Three various workshops will be held all centering on helping indie artist understand the Music Business. Moderated by Kristi Leaf, workshop 1 will include a discussion on The Independent Ecosystem and will have Sbuda Roc – Manager for Moozlie and Costa Titch – founder of SBR Projects; Jade Leaf – Head of Tunecore Southern and East Africa; Katlego Malatji – founder of TailorMade Legal and entertainment lawyer to many; Kim Sineke – founder of The Alore Group and Publicist to a variety of musicians on the panel.

Following that, The T Effect Co-Founder and CEO Nhlanhla Nivo Ndimande will present an in-depth conversation focusing on “Working with Streaming Partners” alongside Music Content Strategist for YouTube EMEA, JP Sing.

Finally, attending independent artists and music label heads will gain insight about “Fighting for Attention” with Tshiamo Letswene – Artist Manager, Co-Founder and CEO at The T Effect; Recording Artist and Titch Gang Records Founder, Costa Titch; Multi award-winning artist and Slikour Onlife Founder, Siya Metane; Creative Strategist and Kreative Korner Co-Founder, Kai; and Zeus Omega – Advertising Strategist and Kreative Korner Co-Founder.
