Bravo Africa (DStv 124) welcomes back one of reality television’s most influential families as The Braxtons premieres on Sunday, 1 February 2026 at 7 PM, with new episodes airing every Sunday until 22 March.

This deeply personal season follows the Braxton family as they reflect on recent years marked by both heartbreak and healing. Viewers are granted rare access to intimate, never-before-seen moments, from life during quarantine to navigating the profound loss of their sister Traci. As they step into a new chapter without her, the family confronts grief, resilience and renewal together.

Family matriarch Evelyn Braxton leads the journey, determined to help her daughters transform pain into purpose. Her mission is to keep the family united, using shared experiences as a source of strength. Each hour-long episode tracks the fast-moving lives of Toni, Towanda, Trina and Tamar as they juggle careers, motherhood, relationships and the enduring bond of sisterhood.

The season captures a pivotal year for each woman. Toni prepares to launch her Las Vegas residency, Love and Laughter, alongside Cedric the Entertainer. Towanda balances business and raising two teenagers while supporting her nephew Kevin as he adjusts to life without his mother. Trina manages her entrepreneurial ventures while guiding her two sons into adulthood. Tamar continues to expand her music and media empire, navigating motherhood and ambition in equal measure.

Raw, emotional and unfiltered, the series also opens up the family’s personal lives, including love, loss and even Evelyn’s own search for companionship. The Braxtons remains a powerful portrait of faith, family and perseverance.
